Return Policy

All purchases will be accepted for exchange, credit, or refund if returned in accordance with our return policy with the customer’s receipt of the item(s) and is returned unworn, with all documents accompanying the item(s) purchased. Returns must be shipped to our Dallas, Texas store registered and insured for the value of the item(s) purchased. If purchases were made using money orders, cashier’s checks or wire transfers than we will issue a refund in the form of a check from Diamond Wholesale Exchange. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and restocking fees will be subtracted before credits or refunds are used. THERE ARE ABSOLULTELY NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS OR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN. We, Diamond Wholesale Exchange, shall be the sole arbiters, upon inspection, of whether the items were worn before they were returned. Please contact us for additional instructions on return shipments if necessary.

Merchandise returned UNWORN within 5 business days of customer's receipt of the item for a refund.

 

Purchasers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for returns and exchange. All items shipped back to Diamond Wholesale Exchange must be registered and insured for the value of the item(s) purchased. Please ensure that we, Diamond Wholesale Exchange, receive your return shipment within 7 days of the date the product(s) were delivered to the intended receiver. No refunds, store credit or exchanges will be made for any items received after the 7 day deadline. If product(s) are NOT received within the 7 day deadline, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.

In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, only side stones on rings may be replaced at our cost. You agree by purchasing through Diamond Wholesale Exchange, that upon our inspection we shall be the sole arbiter of whether or not a manufacturer’s defect caused the loss of e side stone(s). All the items purchased through the Diamond Wholesale Exchange website will come with a free appraisal. Your sole remedy for the loss of a center stone shall be to use the appraisal given to seek reimbursement for the value of the center stone through your insurance company. We are not held responsible if you, the purchaser fail to use the appraisal provided by Diamond Wholesale Exchange to properly insure your item purchased.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from Diamond Wholesale Exchange that are paid by credit card and are in-stock will be shipped within 7 business days after your payment is received. Orders paid by wire transfer, money order, cashier’s check, Western Unions, or bank shall be shipped 7 days after confirmation by both banks that the funds have been cleared. Custom orders may require additional time for shipment. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail once their products have been shipped.

For internationally shipped items, Diamond Wholesale Exchange is not liable for custom fees and duty fees by the destination country, These fees are regulated by each country and are a separate entity that must be paid at the time of delivery. All packages shipped by Diamond Wholesale Exchange domestically or internationally through our contracted carriers are insured through their point of destination. The risk of loss for such packages passes to you, the customer, upon delivery. If an item is lost during shipment, Diamond Wholesale Exchange reserves the right to replace the item with an identical or similar item upon insurance replacement clearance.

All shipments returned by the customer to Diamond Wholesale Exchange must be insured and certified for the full purchase price. Risk of loss and title for such package(s) shall pass to Diamond Wholesale Exchange ONLY upon acceptance of the package at our Dallas, Texas showroom/office. If the package is damaged upon delivery to our office/showroom, we reserve the right to deny the package, are not held responsible for the package, and we, Diamond Wholesale Exchange will notify you, the customer, the bearer of the risk of loss, immediately.

In the event the item(s) is returned to us, Diamond Wholesale Exchange, is different from our purchase order records, you shall be notified immediately. Upon this notification, you, the customer shall have the option of picking the item up at our Dallas, Texas office/showroom in person or have us ship the item back to you, the customer, at the expense of you, the customer. If the former option is chosen, the person state on the package as the sender must the item up. We will NOT accept a friend, family member, or authorized agent to pick up the item on the sender’s behalf.
